Take time for yourself.  In this 90 minute class nourish your body with one hour of yoga and 30 minutes of yoga nidra.  Restore and Relax so can leave feeling nourished and ready for the adventures of spring.

Cultivating Stillness
​

​Slow down by connecting to breath and anchoring down so that you can truly listen. Beneath the chaos of our thoughts and emotions is a deep stillness. It's within this deep inner stillness, the mind is quiet enough to listen, to feel and be present to your needs. Because supporting ourselves is one of the most important acts of self-love and self-care. Through these practices, you can awaken to a deeper sense of happiness, increased resilience and more balance in your daily life.

In this four week session we will share sitting practice of meditation and mindful movement.  We will explore how to invite these practices into our daily lives creating a sense of calm to our body and minds.


Included in this session is a workbook, audible guided meditations that will be emailed weekly,  and some homework to help cultivate stillness.
