Hatha yoga is the classical form of yoga postures and breathing that revitalizes the body physically and mentally.  This class is open to all levels. Strengthen, stretch, tone and relax. It is an uplifting practice that increases muscle tone, improves flexibility and concentration, detoxifies the vital organs and allows you to experience a state of deep relaxation.

Yin to Flow  is available to all levels and abilities. In all yang there is still yin.  In all yin there is still yang.  We will start the practice with some gentle flow, creating internal heat to prepare for the movement into longer held yin poses. Working on long holds (3 to 5 minutes) to tone and cleanse the organs and systems of the body. Postures focusing on the connective tissues of the body in a gentle and unforced manner.
Props are used to help you stay in the shape of the pose.

Yin  is available to all levels and abilities. Working on long holds (3 to 5 minutes) to tone and cleanse the organs and systems of the body. Postures focusing on the connective tissues of the body in a gentle and unforced manner.
Props are used to help you stay in the shape of the pose.

Restorative Yoga A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends

Flow A fun, flow yoga class that focuses on core stability and increasing flexibility throughout our bodies. Core strength will help you align your body, build up protection for your lower back and help you move more efficiently. A great class for those interested in  wanting the benefits of having a stronger core and bendier limbs! Classes finish with focus on the breath and relaxation to gather the benefits of the physical work. Suitable for  those with an established yoga practice or a good level of fitness looking to combine yoga into their routine.

30 minute Core  is a quick morning practice to increase your inner strength.  We will target the core, but this is not 30 minutes of sit ups.  This class is a class based on a pilates practice.  Lower back issues can stem from a weak core.  Build your strength from the inside out, building awareness of how you move through your day.

SSHHavasanah Is the magical combination of Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga! Unwind, relax,  and be prepared to float into a deep relaxation more than ever before, during this 60minute speciality class you will get to restore your mind body & spirit. It will act as a conduit to deeper connection and greater wellbeing in all aspects of your life.

Classes expire at the end of each session
